Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978 is an American model and TV personality. Burns started her career on the television screen in 1995 as the character Peg as a supporting role for the Spanish American comedy for teens Out of the Blue (from 1995 to 1996). Burns was on the Baywatch cast in 1998. She then starred on the second Baywatch: Hawaii version until her pregnancy made her end the show. Brooke Elizabeth Burns, an American fitness model and actress who is also a television presenter, is known as Jessie Owens from the drama Baywatch. She is well known for her role in the film that was a commercial success Shallow Hal which was released in 2001.
